About Us

D2R Transport LLC began as a dream in February 2022. Established in Lubbock, Texas, D2R Transport LLC is a part of a bigger vision that focuses on helping others turn their dreams into reality. After over 15 years of driving trucks for other companies, Louie DesChamps purchased his very own truck in 2024. Soon after an opportunity quickly presented itself to purchase a second truck. Although D2R is a new company, the goal is to expand and help other drivers take their truck driving careers to the next level.

D2R Transport LLC is committed to providing our drivers with a work environment unlike any other. We want our drivers to thrive in every area of their lives and therefore we offer great pay, on-going support & training, and a smooth onboarding process that makes transitioning into a new job one less burden on our drivers.

Qualifications are as follows:

Must be at least 23 years of age
Must have at least 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
Must have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and/or 2 at fault accidents in the last 5 years
Must pass a criminal background check
Must not have tested positive for drugs/alcohol within last 3 years
Must have a valid operator's license for the class of vehicle being operated
